X-Prov is a fully improvised, never-before-seen episode of the X-Files where you choose the case and your favorite FBI agents solve a brand new mystery. Is the truth really out there?
Remember the X-Files? What if you got to see one more episode, never before seen and never to be seen again?
In X-Prov, the audience decides which X-File agents Mulder and Scully will investigate. This completely improvised homage to America’s favorite conspiracy-laden ‘90s procedural will feature shadowy government organizations, small-town secrets, and at least one unexplainable creature.
Featuring Tessa Waring as seen in Group Shower as Scully, Mo Merrill as seen waiting for the bus on Glisan as Mulder, and a supporting cast of Kickstand favorites.

Laughs for All: As part of our mission towards access to comedy, we offer 10% of tickets at a discounted rate to make it more affordable for those who otherwise would not be able to attend. These tickets are first come, first served, so we recommend buying them online ahead of time, and any remaining will be sold at the door.
- Doors open 30 minutes prior to listed show time.
- Online sales close 30 minutes prior to show time when doors open. Remaining tickets are only available in person at the theater box office.
- Unclaimed tickets will be released to standby line 10 minutes after show starts.
- All prices include ticketing platform and credit card processing fees.
KICKSTAND COMEDY TERMS & CONDITIONS - All sales are final and no refunds are permitted.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late to your show, your ticket may be released and there will be no refund.
- If you are inebriated, heckling, or causing any disruption, you’ll be asked to leave the theater and will not receive a refund.
- All times listed in PST.
- Shows starting before 9pm are all ages. Shows beginning at 9pm or later are restricted to ages 21+.
- Kickstand Comedy strives to eliminate barriers from comedy - 10% of seats at every Kickstand show are offered at sliding scale prices, available for online presale only.
- Kickstand is ADA accessible and provides floor level seating. If you require space for a mobility device, you may email us at [email protected] ahead of time so we may prepare and reserve a space for you, or you can let the box office know at check in.
