With the help of instructor Molly Jones’ expertise, this workshop will teach you the improv moves that propel a show forward and tie our ideas together onstage: including organic moves, thematic touches, a variety of stage pictures, and timing of connections/callbacks. You’ll discover how to identify and transform the moves of your teammates and how the smallest choices can return to enlighten the entire piece!
Instructor Bio:
Molly Jones, originally from Los Angeles, has been performing in Chicago for 15 years. She has studied comedy at Second City, iO and The Annoyance. She performs in Clued-In, an improvised murder mystery at Second City and Hitchcock*tails at the Annoyance. At iO, she performs in Blueprint, as well as, the Armando Diaz experience, the longest running comedy show in the entire city. She also produces This Year in Music, an out-of-this-world variety show where performers from around the city celebrate a particular year of music from history.
