Description
Reunion show of one of Portland’s finest indie improv groups. Legends? Sure. Pretty good? Sure!
Come see the reunion you didn’t know you’d been waiting for, as Whiskey Tango returns to the Portland Improv stage with one night only at Kickstand Comedy. Whiskey Tango formed in Portland in 2013 as one of the new breed of indie improv groups coming onto the scene. After a wildly successful introduction at Curious Comedy’s “Friday Night Fights”, the group went on to perform regularly at all of Portland’s improv comedy theaters, standup venues, and art museums. Whiskey Tango’s fast paced, connected and genre bending style, has endeared them to audiences across North America, including Vancouver Improv Festival (Canada), Del Close Marathon (NYC), Out of Bounds (Austin), SF Sketchfest, and the iO West Improv Festival (LA). This cross generational group features Leon Anderson, Jed Arkley, Sam DeRoest, Gabe Dinger, Nathan Loveless, and Jake Michels.
