Overview
This is an ongoing weekly standup workshop designed to get reps performing and receiving feedback. This workshop is for those who have completed Intro to Standup or a similar prerequisite (e.g. performing standup regularly).
Each workshop will be led by an experienced facilitator who will time-keep, get the group unstuck from difficult conversations, provide honest feedback along with the rest of the group, issue optional weekly writing prompts, open and close the facilities, and guide the group through each workshop session.
