The Second Circle Club: A social-emotional skills class for neurodivergent young men (ages 20–34)

Tue, January 13, 2026 @ 6:00 PM EST + 7 more • $22.35 (includes fees)

Description
This class is designed for high-functioning autistic and neurodivergent young men who want to connect, grow, and navigate the complexities of adulthood in a supportive, low-pressure environment.

Using games, guided discussions, and interactive exercises, participants will strengthen social-emotional skills like self-awareness, communication, collaboration, and emotional regulation. We’ll also explore timely topics like mental health, identity, and the impact of social media...all within a space that values respect, laughter, and genuine connection.

Inspired by Patsy Rodenburg’s concept of the “Second Circle”—the optimal state between the first circle of introversion and the third circle of narcissism—this group helps young men find that balanced energy where they can feel present, powerful, and authentic.

Come as you are. Build new tools. Practice together.
