How to avoid discrimination and harassment • Be professional — "Yes, And" does not mean "anything goes." ▪ KEEP IT CLEAN — don't assume everyone shares your tolerance for language or blue humor. ▪ CONSENT FIRST — never grab, pick up, or handle another person on stage without their verbal consent. ▪ BE AWARE — if someone shows discomfort with your bit, STOP immediately and apologize. I will not participate under the influence of alcohol or drugs — this is for the safety of all participants. I understand that failure to meet this expectation will result in immediate suspension and possible removal from classes, jams, or shows without a refund.

Waiver of Liability • ▪ I RELEASE Phoenix Improv LLC DBA Neighborhood Comedy Theatre (NCT) from all liability for injuries that may occur during workshop participation, even if caused by negligence. ▪ I ACCEPT THE RISKS of improv workshops and classes, am participating voluntarily, and have no conditions that increase my likelihood of injury. ▪ I WAIVE all right to bring suit against Phoenix Improv LLC; in return, I receive participation in improv workshops and classes. ▪ I WILL FOLLOW all safety precautions, written and verbal, and ask for clarification when needed.
