Student/Performer Behavior Policy • I understand that as a Santa Fe Improv student or performer, I am expected to behave in a professional manner and be respectful of both my fellow students and instructor/s. Inappropriate, unprofessional, communication with staff, teachers and students, including threats of harm to yourself or others, statements inconsistent with the organization's core mission and values, and illegal conduct, will not be tolerated and are grounds for immediate removal from SFI. In addition, being under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and any other behavior deemed disruptive by the instructor will not be tolerated.

Liability Waiver & Hold Harmless Agreement • In consideration for participating in Santa Fe Performing Arts Collaboration dba Santa Fe Improv activities, classes and/or performances, I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND CONVENANT NOT TO SUE Santa Fe Performing Arts Collaboration dba Santa Fe Improv (hereinafter “Organization”), its officers, proprietors, members, servants, agents, employees, class venues and performance venues (hereinafter referred to as RELEASEES) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES, or otherwise, while participating in activities including but not limited to classes, shows, special events or field trips, or while in, on or upon the premises where the activities are being conducted or in transportation to and from said premises. To the best of my knowledge, I can fully participate in the activities which are inherently a part of this program and/or class. Participation in these activities carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. I understand that the specific risks vary from one activity to another. I am fully aware of risks and hazards connected with these activities, including but not limited to the risks as noted herein, and I hereby elect to voluntarily participate in said activities, and to enter the premises where such activities will take place and engage in such activity knowing that the activity may be hazardous to me and my property. I VOLUNTARILY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISKS OF LOSS, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING BODILY INJURY or DEATH, that may be sustained by me, or any loss or damage to property owned by me, as a result of being engaged in such an activity, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES or otherwise. I further hereby AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASEES from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorney’s fees, that may incur due to my participation in said activity, WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES or otherwise. It is my express intent that this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement shall bind the members of my family and spouse (if any), if I am alive, and my heirs, assigns and personal representative, if I am not alive, shall be deemed as a RELEASE, WAIVER, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE the above named RELEASEES. I hereby further agree that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico. I UNDERSTAND THAT the Organization WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MEDICAL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH AN INJURY I MAY SUSTAIN. I further agree to become familiar with the rules and regulations of the Organization concerning student/participant conduct and not to violate said rules of any directive or instruction made by the person or persons in charge of said activity and that I will further assume the complete risk of any activity done in violation of any rule or directive or instruction. I also understand that I should and am urged by the organization to obtain adequate health and accident insurance to cover any personal injury to myself which may be sustained during the activity or the transportation to and from said activity. IN SIGNING THIS RELEASE, I ACKNOWLEDGE AND REPRESENT THAT I have read the foregoing Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement, understand it and appreciate these and other risks that are inherent in the activities associated with this program and/or class. I assert that my participation is voluntary, and I assume all such risks, and sign it voluntarily as my own free act and deed; no oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreement, have been made. I represent and warrant to the Organization that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and I have full right, power and authority to enter into this Agreement for myself and/or on behalf of my child who is a minor ticket holder. I further represent and warrant to the Organization that I will provide only true and correct statements and other information in connection with this Agreement.

Photo and Video Release • I waive all rights that I may have, including rights to any claims for payment or royalties, in connection with the use of all or any part of content (images, pictures, and videos) taken of me by Santa Fe Improv and/or during Santa Fe Improv events. I agree that all rights in both the raw and finished content production are held solely by Santa Fe Improv. I offer this consent regardless of whether Santa Fe Improv publicly displays the pictures and video.
