She’s Got Non-Player Character Energy is a one-person musical comedy by Amy Vorpahl about the NPCs living inside a Dungeon Master’s brain. The story follows Tori, an NPC who believes that “getting in the game” will finally make her life worthwhile—but is being chosen the point, or does she need to choose herself?

Directed by Laser Webber with music produced by Maxi Morales, this show blends comedy, music, and tabletop storytelling into a heartfelt exploration of agency, identity, and joy.

Runtime: 75 minutes, no intermission.

ABOUT AMY VORPAHL:
Amy Vorpahl is an actor, writer, and comedy content creator. With a background in sketch and improv, her Dungeon Mastering is delightfully silly. Known for her contagious laughter, Amy has guested on "Critical Role" and "Dimension 20," written for Official D&D books, and served as the Creative Director for Alchemy RPG’s "Dark Symmetry." Her two music albums, "Songs in the Key of D&D" and “Behold Her Dreams,” were inspired by many characters and experiences at the table. Amy's comedy writing includes shows like "Mothership" and "Sidekick: with Matt Mira." She can be seen acting on TV shows such as "The Newsroom" and writing for Emmy-nominated "Making a Scene with James Franco" and has sold a half hour sitcom to Hulu called “Must Love Dragons.” In the digital space, she's been a writer, producer, and talent for platforms like Nerdist, Geek and Sundry, Buzzfeed, and Dropout TV. “NPC Energy” is her first time creating a full-length musical!
