Description
In this monthly signature show, Tampa Bay's finest improv comedians improvise scenes based on true stories from notable Tampeños. It's a comedy extravaganza unlike any other, showcasing the unique character -- and comedy! -- of the city in which we live.

Our guest storyteller on Friday, May 8 will be the amazing Karen Kress.

ABOUT OUR MAY GUEST, KAREN KRESS
Karen Kress is a Certified Urban Planner serving as the Sr. Director of Transportation and Planning at the Tampa Downtown Partnership. That vantage point gave her a front row (bike) seat to witness downtown's massive transformation from a 9-5p office market to a vibrant 18-hour City.

Karen recently vacated her City of Tampa appointed Planning Commissioner role after 8 years, trying to help direct growth and preserve our County's diminishing open space.

She tries to model good behavior for her 3 children by eating vegetarian and staying active in the community. She and her husband Chris volunteer for a Sierra Club youth program for over 20 years.

Karen loves to explore the world so started a quarterly travel-lecture series called Sips & Trips. And she keeps a bucket list that is updated frequently.

Get ready for an unforgettable night of laughter, connection, and unscripted entertainment. Don't miss it -- get your tickets today!
