ABOUT OUR JUNE GUEST, DAVE DECKER
Over the last eight years Dave Decker has established himself as a powerful visual storyteller. His work, spanning print, video, and web, has been featured in major magazines and daily newspapers worldwide.

From the front lines of street protests to the intimate details of local community events, Decker’s lens offers a raw, captivating perspective on the vibrant energy of the Tampa Bay region.

Dave Decker is more than just a photographer; he is a multidisciplinary artist. Having recently opened a new studio in historic Ybor City, Decker has solidified his role as a worker in the local arts scene. When he isn't capturing the soul of Tampa Bay through a viewfinder, he is a songwriter and founding member of the band Big Sad, crafting melodies that echo the same emotional depth found in his visual work.
