Our pay-what-you-want Improv Jam is a chance for folks at any level of experience to improvise together and put on a show, or to just come watch a show! Think of it as a stand-up open mic, but for improvisers!
Here is how our Improv Jam works:

- Everyone who wants to participate submits their names.
- The host gives a brief explanation of what improv is and lays out the ground rules of the Jam.
- We do a quick warm-up as a group.
- We play a few short-form improv games where we explain the rules of the games and then draw random names to play the games.
- Time permitting, we run a few improvised long-form two-person scenes, with the host randomly selecting two names from the jar for each scene. We will provide scenarios for the scene so you're not flying blind. Each scene is about 2 minutes long.
- Time permitting, we do a set (or multiple, depending on the number of participants) consisting of a montage of scenes.
- The entire Jam will last about sixty to ninety minutes, depending on the number of participants.
We mean it when we say that performers at any level of experience are invited to participate! This is a great opportunity to get familiar with our community and to meet new people! Sign up to take part in the Jam or to just watch!
- Cashless Venue and All Sales Final: We do not take cash at the door or bar. Tickets are non-refundable.
- Arrival: Doors open 1 hour before showtime. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Late entry is not guaranteed.
- Content & Age: Recommended 18+ (content is unscripted PG-13 style unless noted).
