Proving Grounds is an exhilarating showcase for emerging comedy acts eager to find their unique voices and hone their craft. Each show features two vibrant opening acts, bringing fresh energy and huge laughs as they experiment with new ideas and styles. 

The night is headlined and hosted by Mug Boys - Alex, Will, and Jake, three of the most carbonated improvisers in town, who use high-energy play and meaningful relationships to bring you a show you won’t soon forget.

This is a night for discovery: fresh voices, evolving styles, and the excitement of comedy in motion. If you like seeing what’s next before everyone else does, this is the show for you.

GENERAL INFORMATION
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before showtime for the best experience. There is drink service at your table throughout the show.

SEATING
Seating is general admission. Doors open 30 minutes before showtime and seats are first come, first served. To help ensure your group is seated together, we recommend buying tickets in a single transaction.

GROUP DISCOUNT
If you purchase 10 or more tickets for a show, there is a discount! Please use the discount code GOGROUP for 10% off your online order. Please note that we are unable to accept discount codes for Special Engagements.

Forms of payment accepted at the box office: CASH, VISA/MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER

PARKING
Free parking is available in our lot and at the courthouse next door after 5pm. Don’t be scared by the parking signs in our lot; we validate parking at the Box Office when you check in for the show! There's also metered parking on 9 Mile and in the lot across the street. Metered parking is in effect from 11am-midnight, Monday-Saturday. Sunday and recognized city holidays are free.

REFUND POLICY
No refunds. Go Comedy! can exchange your tickets for a different time or evening of the same show.
