Description

Pride Takes the Stage!

All June long, we're turning the spotlight on our LGBTQIA+ performers and guests! Every Saturday night at Station Theater (plus one fabulous Friday late show) features a lineup full of queer comedy, music, storytelling, and more. Come celebrate Pride with the boldest, brightest, and most brilliant voices in Houston’s queer community—onstage and unscripted.

Get ready for a dazzling blend of truth and comedy, powered entirely by queer voices. Each show features a one-on-one interview with a special guest storyteller, whose real-life experiences ignite a cascade of hilarious, heartfelt, and completely unscripted scenes.

This isn’t just improv — it’s The Supernova: Station Theater’s signature format and Houston’s longest-running long-form improv show. For PRIDE Month, we’re turning up the spotlight with an all-LGBTQIA+ cast serving bold stories, sharp wit, and queer joy all night long.

FEATURING GUEST STORYTELLER:
Eric Tung (They/Them) - Polyamorous Genderqueer Derby Girl & Digital Marketer

ABOUT THE GUEST:
Polyamorous. Genderqueer. Derby skater. Digital marketer. Eric has run social media for Houston’s dullest industries—but they’re anything but boring. A native Houstonian who still can’t stand the humidity, Eric smokes a mean brisket and body-checks friends for fun. Their sharp wit and online presence have earned them followers like Barack Obama, Britney Spears, and Gordon Ramsay… and maybe you next. Whether on skates or socials, Eric brings energy, insight, and a flair for the unexpected. Follow Eric: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn.

SUPERNOVA CAST:
Ann Hurrington (She/Her), Austin Faulk (He/Him), Darnell Bortz (He/Him), Erin Bo (She/They), Jack Keller (He/Him), Jesse Garson (He/They), Leon Yuan (He/Him), Lily Sethre-Brink (She/They), Luci Melcher (She/Her), Sam Hernandez (She/Her), Sarah Petty (She/Her)

Opening Improv Troupes:

PRESTON STREET
: We’re not just bending the rules, we’re rewriting the book.  Strap in tight because Preston Street will steer you on a comedic ride through time, space, and Memory Lane. CAST: Quinn Doran, Courtney Fleming, Brian Kondrach, Mallory Barras, Sean Penalber, Lucio Vasquez, Brad Andersen

DEARLY BELOVED: "Lily fought a train and won, and all she got was this concussion and an idea for a new improv show.” One dead and five miscellaneous connections. Join us in celebrating the life of our dearly beloved, (whoever dies this set). CAST: Jane Reynolds, Hannah Estes, Dru Sanders, Aiden Garcia, Tony Carnevale, Fernanda Frers, Lily Sethre-Brink
