A showcase of 3 short plays by select writing teams and featuring a cast of iO Theater performers. It's experimental, it's follow-the-fun, it's Play Time.

Writers for October:

Claire's: The Play by Courtney Randall & Jennifer Prewitt: A busy millennial is confronted by the spirit of Claire, who takes her on a journey through the past to remind her the value of female friendship and self-expression.

A Tower of Babble by William Gregory & Henry Holm: On the night of a career-defining presentation, a linguistics student realizes her contemporaries are speaking in tongues.

Last Name Standing by Aaryan Balu & Samiha Uddin: Following her unexpected death, a Bengali-American girl must choose which of her names she’ll carry into the afterlife. The only thing standing in her way is WWE’s Undertaker.
