Pre-requisite: Intro to Musical Improv
In MI-1 we'll be exploring basic music improv techniques through short-form games. You'll learn rhyming techniques, song structure, and approaches for improvising melody, harmony, and scene work.
- All classes are 3 hours long and each level lasts 8 weeks.
- Students receive free admission to most improv shows at the theater all session long.
- Missing more than two classes means you may be asked to repeat the level.
- Third Coast is a safe, creative, and collaborative environment; any behavior to the contrary will be dealt with immediately.
- Tuition is non-refundable. All sales are final.
Thursdays @ 6:30-9:30 pm starting October 15th (Session 5 runs from October 13th to December 20th with no classes November 3-9 and 24-29) at Third Coast Comedy Club.
