In this 8-week course you’ll learn the essentials of sketch comedy that will sharpen your writing skills and help you find your own distinctive comedic voice. You will finish this course with the tools you need to develop characters, premise, Game, and relationship dynamics that get your audiences laughing early and will leave them wanting more! No prior experience necessary!

Classes take place on Monday evenings from 6:00-8:00pm and run from 8/18-10/6.

KAT ELLISON WILLIAMS has written and performed in original devised works like ColdTowne’s Deep in the Heartless Texas and Bottle Ally’s Self Portraits 4.  He is a Paramount Story Wrangler and holds and MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Wyoming. A fan of musical sketch and experimental forms, he will never stop hyping the Milk Machine episode of Mr. Show.
