Hey, you! Yeah, we're talking to you busy cats juggling work, home, and social lives with barely a moment to poop in peace. Here you are between the intensity of the September back-to-school energy and the coming holiday season; even if you aren't on a school schedule or don't make a big deal about the holidays, the busy busy busy energy in the air impacts your nervous systems. So let's get together to take a couple hours to slow the f*ck down through mindfulness, meditation, and play, so you can rejoin the swirl of life with more calm energy, resilience, and equanimity.
In this one-time workshop, Happier Valley Comedy founder Pam Victor guides you on a joyful and heartful experience of mindfulness through an improviser's lens, so you can refill your energy and positivity tanks and practice finding peace even amid the busy-ness of life. We'll explore this theme through easy-to-learn improv games, guided meditation, and connection-enriching discussion. In individual and shared experiences, we'll work on slowing down even when life moves fast, so you'll leave with more tools, more practice, and feeling more connected with yourself and others... and hopefully a big smile too!
No previous experience in improv or mindfulness expected.
Beginners are welcome and supported.
Let's spend some thoughtful and fun time together enjoying the places where mindfulness and improv meet!
