As improvisors, the choices we make on stage define what kind of player we are. In this 2.5 hour workshop, we'll work on pushing past predictable ideas to surprise the audience, our scene partners, and ourselves! We'll also talk about the restraints we place on our own choices and how we can break out of those.

Shane Nielsen is a performing member of many of the top improv institutions in NYC including: Raaaatscraps, Asssscat, Rumpleteaser Musical Improv, and The Prophecy on UCB's Harold Night. He recently graduated from the Stella Adler Summer Evening Acting Conservatory. He also writes and makes dramatic, serious videos on TikTok as a part of @BrandonAndShane.
