Bring more joy, fun, and laughter into your life by getting out of your head and into the moment, while making new friends, too!
Throughout this 6-week Level 1 intro class, students will explore the basic concepts of improvisational theater in a warm, safe and supportive environment. Level 1 Improv is designed to build self-confidence and explore creativity using the fundamentals of improvisation. Beneficial for both actors and non-actors, it will expose students to:
*Being - and responding - in the moment.
*Accepting and building on gifts from classmates.
*Embracing - and using - failure.
*Co-creating with others
*Thriving in an unscripted environment.
The class will introduce students to the organic side of spontaneous ensemble comedy and the teamwork that cooperative play requires.
Students leaving this course will have a working understanding of the basic fundamentals of improvisational theater as well as an increased appreciation, and comfort, with being on stage - and in life - without a script.

All classes are 6:30 – 9:00 p.m. at Third Space Improv in St. Augustine.
Registration: $225 through September 3 at 6:30 p.m., then $250
The last day to register is September 9.

*We do NOT offer refunds for purchased classes (unless the class is canceled by the studio). Students who drop out before the class begins are entitled to a credit for a future class, pending availability. Students who drop out of a class after it begins are not eligible for a refund or credit.

*A class requires six students for it to run. If a class does not make its minimum, we'll contact you 1 day before class is to start with other enrollment options. For enrolled students, the confirmation welcome email will be re-sent 1 day before the start of the first class.
