Lavender Laughs features a lineup of Atlanta’s most hilarious women and LGBTQ+ comedians with a new lineup every month. And this March, Lavender Laughs presents a live taping!

Atlanta favorite Gabbie Watts will be recording a half-hour of comedy. And, of course, it will be in bisexual lighting. 

Born and raised in Atlanta, Gabbie's brought her wry charm, dark sensibility, and, as one internet commenter said, "aggressive monotone" to festivals and shows around the country. She was the winner of the 2023 “Queer of the Year” competition at the P3 Comedy Fest. In Atlanta, she's a regular at the Laughing Skull Lounge and Star Bar and runs musical comedy show Comedy Bandstand. Gabbie also hosts iHeart podcast American Filth, where she tells a filthy story from American history every week through a bisexual revisionist lens, and her comedy songs are beloved by hordes of mentally ill adults on TikTok.

Tickets are $10 in advance, $15 at the door. 

What do you need to know about the taping? 

This is just like a regular show, but there will be cameras! So bring on the laughs and have fun!

There is ample free and paid parking on Edgewood Avenue. Please plan to arrive early if you don't know the area.

Online ticket sales cut off approximately one hour before showtime. Doors open 15 minutes prior to show start time, unless otherwise noted. Tickets may be available for purchase at the door, depending on capacity.  Due to the nature of our performances all show are "18 and over" unless otherwise noted.  Show schedules and lineups are subject to change.

Ticket reservations will be released at the scheduled show start time and may be redistributed.
Currently registered students may see shows for free on a stand-by basis if seats are available.

All sales are final. In the event that you are unable to attend a performance that you have tickets for, you can exchange your ticket for another upcoming event or receive a credit towards a future order. All exchanges or credit requests must be sent to [email protected] at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time for the show.  All other requests will be not be considered.
