Description
Great improv isn’t about thinking of the cleverest thing to say next. It’s about receiving and hearing what your scene partner just gave you. In this two-hour standalone workshop, you’ll learn how to quiet your inner censor, get out of your head, and discover that the best comedic material is already right in front of you.
What You’ll Learn: Object consistency, spatial awareness, and using physical activity to take pressure off verbal dialogue.
Length: 2 Hours (Plus optional 45-minute post-class Open Stage Jam)
Prerequisites: None! Jump in anytime. Our Intro to Improv workshops can be taken in any order.
Passes Accepted: $30 Single Pass OR 1 Credit from your Intro to Improv Bundle.
Completing all four Intro to Improv workshops (Listening, Agreeing, Creating, Objects & Environments) automatically unlocks access to our Advanced weekly Drop-In Workshops!

Note: Workshops require a minimum number of participants to run. If a date does not meet the minimum 24 hours prior, your class credit will be automatically restored to your account to use for a future date.
