Saturday, Jan 24, 2026 @ 10:00 AM EST • $52.83 (includes fees)

Description
Improvisers, this is your chance to level up your performance skills with prolific actor, singer, professor, and TV host Alika Hope!
This three-hour workshop introduces improvisers to foundational acting tools. Participants will explore how to bring their natural spontaneity into more structured, emotionally grounded acting work, using both improvisational exercises and short scripted scenes.
By the end of this workshop, participants will:
• Understand and apply core acting concepts such as Given Circumstances, Objective, Obstacle, and Tactics.
• Experience the difference between improvising freely and living truthfully within structured text.
• Develop emotional availability, listening skills, and authentic connection with scene partners.
• Practice working with short scenes to explore text-based acting.

Prerequisite: Currently enrolled in or completed Improv 4
