In this class, we’ll focus on one of the most well-known long-form structures: the Harold. You’ll learn to build richer relationships, explore the “game of the scene,” and develop group mind.

The Harold will introduce you to new concepts for initiating a show, along with dynamic group games. You’ll also build your ability to thoroughly mine and connect ideas, characters, and relationships during the fast-paced run at the end of each set.

Each class is 2.5 hours. This eight-week course culminates in a class show in week eight.

We offer improv classes and occasional sketch and stand up offerings from top local and visiting instructors. Classes take place in hear.say theater or our new training center.
