$200 for all 4 sessions + Student Showcase + 2 Tickets to Any Weekend Show

This workshop is held in a safe, judgement-free environment. Our instructors help you comfortably come out of your shell using fun, interactive exercises. These activities are designed to help participants grow confidence and reduce social anxiety through improvisation.

The improv lessons provide much more than laughing with each other! Participants will learn about the power of positive self-talk, how playing is self-care, and some strategies for managing unhelpful thoughts and emotions.

Throughout the course students will harness positivity, confidence, and equip practical tools for managing anxiety in social situations. And like any of our classes, you just might make a few friends along the way. All folks are welcome regardless of race, gender, orientation, status, age, or ability! 

The only thing you’ll have to prepare for this class is a curious mind and willing attitude! There will be an optional, free student performance for those interested in demonstrating their new skills for friends and family.
