A fun and relaxed seven-week introduction to the fundamental concepts of improvisation, including the most basic: “Yes, And”. Through games and play students will learn to trust their instincts through joy within a supportive environment in which "mistakes" are non-existent. 

Why improv? It can literally change your life! You'll develop close listening skills, explore spontaneity, and learn to trust yourself and your instincts. Don't miss this chance to step out of your comfort zone for an experience that will bring so many positives to your life.

Spaces are limited and enrollment is capped at 12 students. This class is for adults 18 years and older. 

Attendance: Students may only miss up to two classes to take part in the final showcase and to move on to Level 2.

About the Education Director
Lex Comedy Co. Education Director is veteran teacher and theater artist Patricia Mullins. She trained in sketch comedy and improv at the competitive Second City conservatory, UCB, Magnet Theatre, and Improv Cincinnati. She is an actor, director, and teacher with 15 years of performing experience. She loves introducing students of all ages to the exciting world of improv where anything is possible!
