Welcome to the 1st Semi-Annual Duopoly Improv Festival!
Who can forget some of the most famous comedy duos of all time; Martin & Short, Nichols & May, Key & Peele, Fey & Poehler, Harrelson & Lewis....I could go on and on.
ColdTowne Theater celebrates these soon-to-be legendary comedy duos with four shows in two nights.
SOME NIGHT is Drew Coolidge & Sarah Yoakley
Some Night (Sarah Yoakley, Drew Coolidge) are two ninths (2/9) of the hit Coldtowne show, All Night All Night All Night. They have over 30 combined years of improv experience and have performed regularly at the Upright Citizens Brigade, The Groundlings, iOWest, Second City and Coldtowne. Together, they bring to life a myriad of interconnected characters, all unfolding in a single location on “some night”.
BLACK AS PHUCK (BAP) is Rochelle McConico & Symply Courtney
Black As Phuck (BAP) is a duo team with either Rochelle McConico and Symply Courtney or Rochelle McConico and Shannon Stott. We perform improv from a Black perspecive using our own cultural references. We strive to have conversations about bigger themes through the lens of being Black in America.
NEW IN TOWN is Dennis Budge & Kat Williams LUCID is Louis Birdsong & Syd Goin
I think I might be special... but maybe I'm just weird? "New In Town" explores the experience of feeling like an outsider. Each show features a new surprise guest who is thrust into Kat and Dennis' tight-knit world of places and characters.

ColdTowne Theater is located at 1700 East 2nd St. about a mile east of IH35 and one block north of Cesar Chavez St. We are no longer located on Airport Blvd. Check your destination before heading out, especially if you are using a rideshare like Uber or Lyft.
We provide free parking, and street parking nearby is free after our lot is full. We recommend arriving at the venue 20-30 minutes before the advertised showtime to enjoy our bar! (ColdTowne is not BYOB).
