This includes any loss, injury, or damage to me or my property. I assume all inherent risks and agree to INDEMNIFY and HOLD HARMLESS the Organization from any related costs or liabilities. I will follow all rules and confirm I am physically capable of participating. I understand the Organization is not responsible for medical expenses and recommend obtaining health insurance. This agreement binds my heirs and representatives and is governed by New Mexico law. By signing, I confirm I am 18 or older, have read and understood this waiver, and accept its terms voluntarily.
