Over the course of five weeks, make measurable progress on your writing project and build community with other writers. Workshops will feature small critique groups, larger group feedback sessions, tailored writing exercises, and one-on-one meetings with the instructor. There will also be optional assignments and simple tips to help you maintain a consistent writing practice outside of the workshop. 

This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to make substantial progress on a piece of writing. Fiction and nonfiction writers of all levels are welcome. 

We will be meeting at the Downtown Portland Library on the following Saturdays from 10:30am-12pm: September 6th,  September 13th, September 20th,  October 11th, and October 18th.
