Brian James O'Connell (BOC) is an improv master, director, and writer from Los Angeles. He's the co-founder of The Pack Theatre, where he is an instructor and performer. He writes, produces, and is voice actor for SyFy animated series Hell Den.

In "Three Insane Rituals", BOC will perform a solo show in which he attempts the three hardest improv formats: Deconstruction, F.O.I.L., and rolling harold. It doesn't matter whether you understand these formats -- just know that this is a truly crazy idea that only a talented madman can accomplish.
