Birthday: A One-Person Play by Michael David Ker

BIRTHDAY  (75 min) chronicles an intense year Michael David Ker went through (2017–2018): losing both his parents, then losing his home in the Woolsey Fire. That might sound heavy, but the show is not a downer—it’s a love letter to family, a reminder to celebrate life now, and a story about keeping your sense of humor when the shit hits the fan (which feels… pretty essential these days).
It also touches on mental health, and audiences consistently describe it as a laugh/cry experience.

BIRTHDAY received the Outstanding Storytelling award at the San Diego Fringe Festival, earned an Encore Awardat Hollywood Fringe, and has been presented at Solo Fest and invited to Binge Fringe in Santa Monica.

GENERAL ADMISSION 
Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, so snagging seats together isn't guaranteed. Groups should keep this in mind while planning and arrive early.

REFUNDS 
We do not offer refunds, similar to concert policies. If your plans change or you can’t attend, tickets are non-refundable. However, you’re welcome to give them to a friend or sell them.
