13th Annual New South Comedy Festival SUBMISSIONS

Once again, the New South Comedy Festival will bring hundreds of comedy acts to Greenville, SC. Performer submissions end June 30th. This year the longest-running comedy festival in the Southeast will be one big weekend November 11-15th, 2026. All stand-up, sketch, improv, and variety comedy acts will be scheduled then.

When you submit and pay the submission fee of $35, it will prompt you to fill in the other registration info (name, link to submission video, etc). If accepted, there is no performer fee to attend all festival shows, free catered Saturday lunch, comedy jams, and after parties as well as receive discounts on workshops from veteran performers.

The deadline for applications is June 30th (early bird ends June 20th). All acts will be notified of acceptance by early August. 

Since 2011, the Alchemy Comedy Theater has been running weekly improv shows in Downtown Greenville, SC. Every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 7:00 and 8:30 pm there is a completely new comedy show that has never been seen before and will never be seen again. Greenville has street parking available as well as several nearby parking garages.
