What worked? What did you learn?

I had such a great time bopping from event to event and person to to person!! I felt like there was something to do every second!! I loved that I could ask my friend what they learned and it was a totally different workshop download than a different view on the same workshop!! 
I will go first!! I took BOC's workshop on Directing/coaching. Besides it being so informative on so many topics I learned the what role you are in the language is what is tweaked.  For coaching you want to use "I love" language for teaching you want to use "I need" language and for directing you want to use " I/we want" language. 
Small but mighty tweaks, already tested this and by keeping my language in the role that I am in I am able to be more effective to whomever I am trying to help.
